PigmentCRM is the front-desk software we wished we had when we worked the counter: a calm tool that lives between the deposit envelope and the day board. We started because the existing options were either built for nail salons or for enterprise sales teams — never for the people who run a tattoo studio.
Our principles
- Studios own their data. Export anything, anytime. We never sell or share.
- Front-desk first. If a feature does not save the front-desk human time, it does not ship.
- Compliance is a feature. GDPR, CCPA, audit logs and DPAs are built in — not an afterthought sold as an add-on.
- Plain pricing. One price per studio location. No per-artist seat tax.
